5. Farmer Responsibilities
If you are a farmer or agricultural producer using our platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate descriptions and images of your products
- Ensure all products meet applicable quality and safety standards
- Honor confirmed orders and delivery commitments
- Maintain proper documentation for your agricultural products
- Comply with all relevant agricultural and food safety regulations
6. Buyer Responsibilities
If you are a buyer using our platform, you agree to:
- Make payments promptly according to agreed terms
- Inspect products upon delivery and report any issues promptly
- Treat farmers and logistics partners with respect and professionalism
- Provide accurate delivery information and be available to receive orders
7. Payment Terms and Fees
All transactions on the Fruto platform are processed securely through our payment system. Payments are held in escrow until successful delivery confirmation.
Fruto charges a commission fee on completed transactions to maintain and improve our platform services.
Fee Structure:
- Platform commission: 3-5% of transaction value (varies by product category)
- Payment processing fees may apply for certain payment methods
- No hidden fees - all charges are clearly disclosed before transaction completion
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
Fruto acts as an intermediary platform and is not directly involved in transactions between farmers and buyers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of products listed on our platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fruto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
Upon termination, your access to the platform will be discontinued, but these Terms will continue to apply to any outstanding obligations or disputes.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of Uzbekistan courts.
We encourage users to resolve disputes through our internal mediation process before pursuing legal action.
